Arches National Park, Utah

We are now in Moab, Utah. We have spent the last two days in Arches National Park, enjoying the sculptured rock scenery and hiking to the spectacular arches. Norm (the hare) has hiked a few more trails than I (the tortoise) have. Traveling through the park in the car, we are “blown away” by the towering spires, pinnacles and balanced red rocks perched atop seemingly inadequate bases. This may be our favorite National Park……
Landscape Arch, the longest Arch in the Park, measures 306 feet from base to base.

Wow, what a great place to photograph! Such wonderful red rock formations and blue, blue sky! We have had cloudy skies, but not a deterrent. Have updated our blog.
